Erbil – Kurdistan Region, Iraq – The leading luxurious residential compound in the Kurdistan Region, Pavilion Erbil announces the release of the project’s TV commercial (TVC) to showcase the unmatched living experience the compound offers. The TVC tells the story of a team of astronauts setting up a mission to discover whether there is a new form of life on earth after it ended years prior. The team includes the project’s Brand Ambassador, Iraqi singer Rahma Riad, who lands from space to find out that the earth was doomed and only Pavilion Erbil is standing high. She then chooses to begin her life at the residential compound.

The concept of the TVC promotes the residential project by suggesting that Pavilion Erbil provides a new beginning or a fresh start that is similar to the discovery of a new life, creating a sense of wonder and excitement for the people. The TVC also features visuals of Mrs. Riad landing from space and exploring the compound. It also highlights the exquisite architectural design and the project’s attention to detail as every aspect of the compound is being carefully crafted to provide residents with a comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.

The commercial was produced by Pavilion Erbil’s official marketing consultant and service provider, Artin Crown Productions. Pavilion Erbil commenced construction in early 2022 to be one of the largest and most luxurious developments in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. It features a range of stunning villas and apartments surrounded by landscaped greenery and the largest man-made lagoon. With its magical mood, the TVC generates interest in the residential project by linking it to the idea of discovery and new beginnings symbolized in Mrs. Riad’s landing and finding of new life.
